Malai Ghevar

Kesar Ghevar is a disc-shaped, porous dessert that looks like a honeycomb. It has a golden-brown color with a bright yellow hue from the addition of saffron (kesar). The edges are usually slightly crispier, while the interior is softer and spongy.
