a. All payments made by you through online banking via a valid debit/credit card over a secure payment network shall be collected via INSTAMOJO/RAZORPAY, the appointed payment gateway for BNH Food & Snacks Industries.

b. National & International clients are required to make their payments online through our designated payment gateway. Delivery charges will be applicable based on actuals.

c. In case of credit/debit card transactions, please use your own credit/debit card. BNH Food & Snacks Industries shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for any fraudulent use of your credit card rests solely with you, and it is your responsibility to ‘prove otherwise’. You hereby consent to indemnify and keep indemnified BNH Food & Snacks Industries, its successors, and assigns from or against any claims, demands, actions, disputes, liabilities, obligations, costs, charges, or expenses of any nature suffered or sustained by BNH Food & Snacks Industries due to the fraudulent use of any credit/debit card by you for any such transaction.

d. BNH Food & Snacks Industries. shall bear no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction due to the Cardholder exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed with our acquiring bank.

Delivery

All orders will be processed within 48 hours, &  minimum delivery time of 2 days & maximum delivery time would be 6 days. However, certain product categories may have different lead-times for delivery due to the nature of the product. Please check the delivery timelines for each product while placing an order.

No cancellations and refunds will be entertained for orders that are delivered outside of the estimated delivery time.

The delivery address provided by you must be correct and accurate. Incomplete or incorrect addresses resulting in wrong deliveries will be solely at your own risk.

Transportation & Taxes: Shipping/transportation cost will be charged based on actuals, and taxes will be as applicable. As the purchaser of the goods, you will be the importer of record and should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the goods are being imported.

Please be aware that goods may be inspected on arrival at the airport for customs purposes, and we cannot guarantee that the packaging of your goods will be free from tampering.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary mentioned above, the payment made by you shall be governed by and subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Delivery of food products shipped outside of the city of Mumbai is handled by the delivery partners of BNH Food & Snacks Industries. Please note that BNH Food & Snacks Industries and/or its delivery partner shall not be liable or responsible for any damage, spillage, or change in the quality of the products within the shipment.

Customers agree that any damage caused to the products or the packaging due to mishandling of the shipment will not be subject to any refunds or cancellations. The use of CIF terms is advisable as insurance is included and would cover damage to some extent. In case a customer opts for terms without insurance cover , it would be at the sole risk of the customer.

By agreeing to these terms of use, the customer also agrees to provide all the necessary documents and details required in their correct and accurate form to the customs or any other authorities of any country involved in delivering the shipment.

The delivery times mentioned on bnhfoodindustries.com are only indicative, and BNH Food & Snacks Industries. and/or its delivery partner shall not be liable or responsible for delays in the delivery of the shipment to the address given by the customer. BNH Food & Snacks Industries  and/or its delivery partner shall not be liable or responsible for the change in the quality of products due to delayed shipment.

BNH Food & Snacks Industries reserves the right to change the delivery charges from time to time.

By accepting or agreeing to these terms, the customer agrees that the tracking details of the shipment will not be available immediately.

BNH Food & Snacks Industries reserves the right to deny delivery to locations considered not feasible, even if the delivery location is mentioned on the website.BNH Food & Snacks Industries also reserves the right to deny the delivery of some products to the customer due to Food & Drug Authority restrictions in some countries.

Customers should check the goods for quantity/shortfall at the time of receiving the delivery. i. Please note that complaints, if any, should be made at the time of delivery itself.
ii. Bengali sweets should be consumed within 5 to 8 hours of delivery/purchase, and kindly replace the packs and retain them in the refrigerator in steel, glass, and aluminum vessels.
iii. Sweets made of Milk and Mawa should be consumed within 5 to 8 hours of delivery/purchase and should be removed from packs and retained in the refrigerator in steel, glass, and aluminum vessels.

Cancellation Policy
Any order once placed, either online, through facsimile, or on the telephone for delivery through BNH Food & Snacks Industries , may not be cancelled on any grounds whatsoever.
